Meet the Founder

About the Owner

Delia Campbell is a native of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is the founder and owner of Changing People's Reaction Solutions LLC. CPR is a housing program that encompasses the path of taking people from homeless to hopeful. A compassionate woman of faith and community advocate by serving as a Foster Parent in Missouri for many years. Before venturing into housing assistance, she worked for drug court, to reduce recidivism, case managed adults with dual diagnoses of substance and mental health challenges to cope with daily living.  As a caretaker for adults with disabilities, she worked cooperatively in providing them a healthy and happy home.

After seeing the needs of the people become more apparent.  Providing resources and shelter is the foundation for remedying homelessness. CPR stands for Changing People's Reaction to how we view people going through a tough situation, like the homeless.  CPR's focus is on housing adults in a shared living environment committed to creating opportunities for displaced adults who are in need of affordable, clean, and safe housing.

With over 20 years of experience in dealing with social circumstances from children to seniors. She holds the belief that every person deserves an opportunity to start anew and make positive changes in their lives. Delia is committed to making a difference in the lives of people she meets, as well as improve the community.
